Our Mission

XingYi Trading, established in 2014 in Bayannur - China's sunflower capital, specializes in processing and selling premium sunflower seeds (361, 363, 601 series) and pumpkin seeds. With 9 state-of-the-art production lines, we boast a daily output of 300 tons and an annual capacity exceeding 70,000 tons. Our products enjoy widespread popularity across China and are exported globally, praised by distributors and consumers alike. Our strict production process

Raw Material Inspection

Before processing, we conduct comprehensive sampling and analysis on all incoming raw materials to ensure they meet customer specifications in terms of size, color, shape, etc. This provides a basis for reasonable processing to produce high-quality finished products per customer requirements.

Raw Material Storage Silos

Based on customer order standards, various raw materials meeting production requirements are proportionately loaded into storage silos to ensure consistent quality for subsequent processing.

Primary Screening

Through professional screening equipment, we remove small seeds, misshapen seeds, and various impurities to ensure raw material purity.

Initial Stone Removal

Advanced stone removal equipment effectively eliminates stones, soil clumps, metal, and glass contaminants from the seed lot.

Hole Machine

Animal excreta such as sheep manure pellets and short seeds not meeting length requirements are removed to ensure product safety and hygiene.

First Color Sorting

Color sorting technology separates dehulled seeds, yellow seeds, shell fragments, and plant residues from the lot.

Second Color Sorting

Any remaining foreign matter is further separated from the seed lot through additional color sorting.

Gravity Separator

Shriveled and semi-shriveled seeds are removed based on density differences using specialized equipment.

Secondary Stone Removal

Any remaining stones, soil clumps, metal, and glass contaminants are eliminated from the seeds.

Primary Size Grading

Seeds not meeting customer thousand kernel weight specifications are screened out.

Secondary Size Grading

Any remaining small seeds are removed to achieve the desired thousand kernel weight standard.

X-Ray Inspection

Advanced X-ray inspection detects and removes all remaining foreign objects, ensuring a zero-contaminant product.

Automated Packaging

State-of-the-art equipment automatically packages the finished product according to customer quantity requirements.
